Introduction
Quality means anything to anyone, because it is life fundamental of any companies that providing merchandise to their clients. That's the most important reason for us to put this strict quality control system to each step of this business. We believe that quality does not only present on actual merchandise but also stand for service.
Title: Thru All Steps
Introduction:From very beginning of the production, we selected raw material suppliers very carefully, which is the base of reputation that we try to maintain at top level. We inspect all coming material to ensure no cheating with them. That's why we had long-term & stable relationship with all material suppliers since from day one when we open our factory.
Next step will be on the loom. We had experienced staffs to operate the jacquard looms for 24 hours with 3 shifts. Each loom section employee takes care of only 2 looms on their shift, so they could really focus & concentrate on what they are doing. We found it is much more productive for our staffs run on this system rather than taking longer-time-shift & multi-looms. We also had 2 or 3 inspection supervisor in each shift to randomly check status & conditions of each loom operation.
Before we send out fabric for stitching-hem, we had 10 semi-inspectors to exam all fabric from loom-section to ensure no critical or major damages and defective from there. The supervisor in this section is also responsible to all accessories inspection such as brand label, care label, polybag and other stuffs.
At the end, we have 20 to 30 people working on the packing and final inspection section that keeps our eligibility rate is up to 98% of total order quantity. Our Clients satisfaction rate of merchandise is 100% for last 10 years.
We build up 5 lines thru production to enhance our merchandise quality, which also creates our reputation among this industry. In the next section, we will present you how our service quality does goes on when you doing business with us. Thanks you!
